the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even when I arrived late at night. They were helpful throughout my stay and were quick to respond to any requests. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good air conditioning. the hotel's location was convenient, right next to the metro station and close to the Marmara Park Shopping Center. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread and the complimentary amenities in the room, such as a bottle of water and coffee/tea. Livello provided excellent service and a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, especially for those attending the nearby exhibition center. It was also just a short walk from the metro-bus station, making it easy to explore the city. I loved that there was a big mall nearby for all my shopping needs. The hotel itself had top-notch service, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The room was impeccable, with all the amenities I needed, such as ironing facilities, an electric kettle for my morning coffee, and a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The spa and wellness center was a great addition, offering a variety of relaxing treatments. it was a wonderful experience!

Had a great xmas stay with two free drinks offered as a welcome gesture. the hotel is located near major transport hubs which was very convenient. the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

the Wi-Fi connection was patchy at times which made it a bit difficult to stay connected with loved ones back home.

The bathroom had low water pressure and the bedding had an unpleasant odor. I encountered some inconvenience with the heating system as it would stop automatically and frequently during the night, leaving me feeling chilly.
